Why We Started DMB Solutions

DMB Solutions was founded by people who have spent most of their professional lives in and around industrial production.

Over the years, we worked in different companies, production environments, and electroplating facilities. Along the way, we kept encountering the same challenge: valuable experience and practical knowledge often remained with individuals instead of becoming part of the company.

Processes were known by a few experienced employees. Solutions to recurring problems existed, but were rarely documented. Training often depended on who happened to be available at the time.

We believed there was a better way.

Our goal is simple: help companies preserve knowledge, improve processes, and provide practical tools that support the people who keep production running every day.

Our Background

The founders of DMB Solutions bring experience from multiple areas of the electroplating and chemical processing industry.

This includes work in reel-to-reel plating operations, barrel plating, rack plating, and manual plating environments, as well as experience in production management, process optimization, project management, plant engineering, and electrolyte development.

Beyond operational experience, the founders have also built and operated their own successful electroplating business and have spent many years working within a family-owned supplier to the electroplating industry, supporting customers with chemicals, process expertise, and technical solutions.

Throughout their careers, they have worked closely with production teams, quality departments, engineers, operators, apprentices, and technical specialists.

This practical experience continues to shape the way we approach every project.
