1. Controller

The controller is DMB Solutions GmbH, Solothurnstrasse 30, 2540 Grenchen, Switzerland, UID CHE-177.077.179. Its authorized representatives are Franco Dal Medico and Laurenz Bremicker. Send privacy requests to info@dmbsolutions.ch.

2. Data processed

Technical connection data may appear in server logs. If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, subject, message, and technical data required for spam prevention.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to operate the website securely, answer enquiries, take pre-contractual steps, and prevent abuse. Where GDPR applies, the bases include Article 6(1)(b) and (f). reCAPTCHA is loaded only after activation and relies on Article 6(1)(a).

4. Contact form and email

Form data is transmitted to our server over an encrypted connection and delivered through our IONOS SMTP mailbox. Acknowledging this policy is not marketing consent. We do not send newsletters through this form.

5. Google Cloud reCAPTCHA

Google Cloud reCAPTCHA with a checkbox is used to prevent automated submissions. It loads only after you select “Activate reCAPTCHA”. You must then confirm the checkbox; Google may show an additional challenge if needed. Google may receive IP, device, browser, and interaction data and may set the _GRECAPTCHA cookie. You can contact us directly by email instead.

6. Recipients

Data may be shared as necessary with hosting and IT providers, IONOS for email transport, and Google after reCAPTCHA activation. We do not disclose personal data for advertising and use no analytics or marketing services.

7. International transfers

Google may process data outside Switzerland and the EEA, including in the USA. Transfers rely on applicable adequacy mechanisms or safeguards such as recognised standard contractual clauses. Residual risks cannot be excluded entirely.

8. Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond, manage a business relationship, and establish or defend claims. Contractual and accounting records may be retained for up to ten years. Technical logs follow the hosting provider's retention periods.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, disclosure or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent prospectively. GDPR also provides a right to complain to a supervisory authority; the Swiss authority is the FDPIC.

10. Security and updates

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including TLS, server-side validation, and access controls. No method is risk-free. We update this policy when services, law, or processing materially change.
